About me

Hello, I'm Yanika. I love what HR can do for people.

I'm Senior Manager of Human Resources at the Lands Authority in Malta and a lecturer at St Thomas Institute, with over ten years of experience leading people.

I've led a retail store team, recruited for finance and legal roles, and for more than five years I've run HR at a national public authority. Along the way I've learned that the parts of HR that matter most are hiring the right people, treating them fairly and giving managers what they need to lead well.

I now offer consultancy to businesses that need experienced HR support but aren't ready for a full-time HR team, or that need extra hands for a specific project.
